We know your girl will want to rock her Lava Tribe gear ASAP. Once we receive your order, we will despatch send it from our warehouse within 24 hours (that’s on business days).
NSW AUSTRALIA DELIVERIES:
Metro – up to 2 business days.
Regional – up to 5 business days.
OTHER AUSTRALIAN STATES:
Metro – up to 3-6 business days.
Country – up to 8 business days.
Up to 10 business days.

You sure can! When your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a link that takes you to the tracking site (either Sendle or Australia Post).
Shipping is free on Australian orders over $69. Shipping to all other countries is $24.95 flat rate, but if you spend over $99, we’ll ship FOR FREE!
Truth be told, we do a little happy dance every time we get an order from another country.
We would love to meet you but Lava Tribe sold is online only (except for the occasional pop up shop). Don’t worry though, our shipping doesn’t take long… and it’s FREE Australia-wide over $69!
You can also choose two upgrade your free shipping to Express for just $4.95 (Australia only).
Absolutely. The cost is $12.95 Australia-wide or, if you qualify for free shipping, it’s an upgrade fee of just $4.95.
We dispatch same day for all orders placed before 1.00pm.
All good, we’ll refund or exchange if your Lava Tribe activewear doesn’t knock your socks off or fit like it should. There are a few conditions, but not many:
CLOTHING MUST BE:
- in original condition
- unworn and unwashed, and
- returned within 30 days.
We can’t refund or exchange any clothes that don’t meet the above criteria because we can’t resell them.
Exchanges of full priced items are FREE for Australian customers when they meet the above criteria. If the item was purchased on sale, the exchange postage is $9.95 for Australian and $19.95 for international customers, which covers both the postage back to us and the postage of the new item to you.
If you would like to lodge an exchange, click here to begin the process and follow the below steps:
- Write ‘Exchange’ in the email header.
- State your order number along with the reason for your return or details of your required exchange.
- Package items back up in mailer (or pack into another if you no longer have the original).
Once we receive your details, we will send you a postage paid return slip to accompany your order within 24 hours. Then you just pop it into any Australia Post box and you’re done!
For a refund, please email us to let us know what you are returning along with your reason. Once you’ve lodged your return, please send your order to: PO Box 6374 Kincumber NSW, Australia 2251. We refund using the same card or account you paid for the clothing with originally. If you purchased the gear with a gift card, you will be refunded back onto the gift card.
Returns/exchanges are processed within 5 days of receiving them.
Well, firstly, we’d ask you to accept a thousand apologies! If you do encounter a fault with your Lava Tribe activewear (which you’ll be glad to know very rarely happens!) please send it back to us. We’ll assess the condition of the clothing and offer an exchange or credit note, or a full refund.

Please also let us know your full name and order number, and make sure your subject line says ‘FAULT REPORT’ so we can make it a top priority. We’ll take a look and get back to you within 48 hours.
