Join us every Tuesday and Thursday at 1pm AEDT for fun and simple 30-minute sessions designed for kids (but adults are welcome too). Using simple stretches and a mixture of cardio and strength exercises, we help your kids combat cabin fever and get their move on!
No equipment needed. Bring a water bottle and a can-do attitude. Sessions are free.
