All good, we’ll refund, exchange or give you a credit note if your Lava Tribe activewear doesn’t knock your socks off or fit like it should. There are a few conditions, but not many:
CLOTHING MUST BE:
- in original condition
- unworn and unwashed
- have all their labels and tags still attached, and
- returned within 30 days.
We can’t refund, exchange or offer a credit note for any clothes that don’t meet the above criteria because we can’t resell them.
Please send your return back to us with a pre-paid and self-addressed postage bag if we are sending you a replacement.
We refund using the same card or account you paid for the clothing with originally. If you purchased the gear with a gift card, you will be refunded back onto the gift card.
Returns/exchanges are processed within 5 days of receiving it.

Well, firstly, we’d ask you to accept a thousand apologies! If you do encounter a fault with your Lava Tribe activewear (which you’ll be glad to know very rarely happens!) please send it back to us. We’ll assess the condition of the clothing and offer an exchange or credit note, or a full refund.
To get the ball rolling, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org give us a detailed description of the problem, along with a photo or two to show us what’s up.
Please also let us know your full name and order number, and make sure your subject line says ‘FAULT REPORT’ so we can make it a top priority. We’ll take a look and get back to you within 48 hours.
We know your girl will want to rock her Lava Tribe gear ASAP. Once we receive your order, we will despatch send it from our warehouse within 24 hours (that’s on business days).

A few extra things to note:
- The funds for the first payment will need to be available at the time of checkout. If you are a new Afterpay customer, the first payment will be made at the time of purchase, with payments over the next 6 weeks. Once you have been an Afterpay customer for at least 6 weeks for all orders under $500, your first payment is made in 14 days, with final payment in 8 weeks.
- Your payment schedule will be emailed to you.
- If you wish to return your items you can choose an exchange, or the payment plan can be cancelled.
- If you fail to make payment, you will be charged a late payment fee of $10 with a further $7 fee added 7 days later if the payment is still unpaid.
